Origin certificate validation failure

Cloudflare returned 526 Invalid SSL Certificate, making ToolKnit unavailable for several hours. The certificate has been renewed and the website is operating normally again.

Impact
Visitors could not open ToolKnit pages while Cloudflare rejected the origin certificate.
Root cause
The origin certificate renewal was missed because automatic renewal had not been configured.
Resolution
The certificate was renewed and normal HTTPS delivery was restored.
Preventive follow-up
Planned: configure automatic renewal and alerts for approaching expiry or renewal failures.
