Daylight Saving Time (DST)

The clock uses the device's current time and the browser's IANA time-zone rules through Intl.DateTimeFormat. Seasonal offsets are applied automatically when those rules are current. An incorrect device clock or outdated time-zone data can still produce an incorrect result; this is not a server-synchronized time service.
