Workflow

A clear order, then one image

1

Add images

Choose local images or continue directly from a completed PDF to Image conversion.

2

Set the sequence

Drag images into place, or use the move controls to set a precise reading order.

3

Create the composition

Set the direction, dimensions, spacing and output format, then download the finished image.

Designed for continuity

The composition stays intentional

No visible gaps

Images can meet edge to edge, with spacing only when you intentionally add it.

Order stays under control

The thumbnail queue makes page order easy to inspect before creating the final image.

Built for long screenshots

Vertical composition is the natural fit for PDF pages, chats, receipts and scrolling captures.

Private by design

Image files are decoded, arranged and exported locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to ToolKnit.

Pro tips

Prepare a better long image

Use images with the same width for the cleanest vertical result. PDF pages already meet this condition.

Review the reading order before export. The first image becomes the top or left edge of the final composition.

For very large output, reduce Export scale before downloading to keep the browser responsive.
